Ummah Place NG
Our Commitment
Ummah Place NG is a community welfare platform serving the Nigerian community. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This applies to all content, communications, and conduct on our platform, without exception.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on Ummah Place NG:
- Uploading, sharing, soliciting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Grooming, sexualizing, or attempting to exploit any minor
- Using the platform to facilitate contact with a minor for sexual purposes
- Any content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits children
Reporting a Concern
Users can report suspected CSAE activity or content in two ways:
- In-app reporting: Use the "Report" option available on user profiles, posts, and messages throughout the app.
- Direct contact: Email our safety team at info@ummahplace.ng with details of the concern.
Our Response Process
- All reports are reviewed by our team promptly upon receipt.
- Content confirmed to violate this policy is removed immediately.
- Accounts responsible for violations are permanently banned from the platform.
- Where required by law, confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or relevant Nigerian law enforcement authorities.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations related to child safety.
